Introducing AXS Mobile ID 

AXS Mobile ID is a digital ticketing system, with tickets assigned directly to fans attending. This is the main customer admission method at AXS ticketed venues. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter events quickly with the scanning of the AXS or venue app. AXS Mobile ID allows you to manage your tickets digitally, with the option of transferring them easily amongst your party right up until show time.

How To Book Tickets

Buy tickets online by searching our events and clicking on the ‘Buy Tickets’ button next to the relevant artist entry. Tickets are subject to a booking fee and a venue facility fee of £1.80 per ticket.
Your phone is now also your ticket. Locate your AXS Mobile ID tickets in your AXS account, or in your app. When you go mobile, your tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print.

Introducing AXS Transfer 

A ticket transfer allows you to give each guest in your party their own entry ticket digitally via AXS Mobile ID. 
With transfers, you no longer need to worry about delivering the paper tickets to them in advance or meeting them outside of the entrance to walk in together. There is no fee for transferring seats and you can make unlimited transfers.
This is done simply with all tickets purchased through AXS - through the AXS or venue app – and can be done right up to the event (one hour after door time). Ideally though, this should be done before you arrive at the venue.

Introducing AXS Official Resale 
Can no longer attend the show? AXS has made it easy to sell tickets you can no longer use through AXS Official Resale. For the first time ever, tickets for sale using AXS at this venue, including primary and secondary, will be visible to consumers at the point of purchase in real time. It also eliminates confusion and removes fan anxiety as to whether their ticket is valid for entry.
AXS Official Resale provides the option to resell tickets at face value with a cap of no more than 10% above the price paid by fans. This helps prevent ticket touting and help combat illegal counterfeiting of paper tickets.
