The grammy-awarding winning prog-rock band are back!
One of the most innovative progressive rock groups of all the time, YES have announced The Album Series Tour, performing at York Barbican on 29 May 2020.
The show will see them perform their 1974 album, 'Relayer', in its entirety, along with a selection of classic YES favourites. 'Relayer' was the band's seventh studio album and one of their most distinctive pieces of work, marking a slight change in direction as Patrick Moraz replaced Rick Wakeman on keyboards bringing an edgier, avant-garde feel to the album.
The album continued YES’ success, reaching number 4 in the UK album charts and number 5 in the US Billboard charts.
Their upcoming 2020 tour follows on from a very successful few years for the band, who were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2017 and have to date sold over 50 million records worldwide.
