Van Morrison
The iconic Van Morrison brings his inspirational musical legacy to York for two nights on 25 – 26 May 2021.
From starting as a travelling musician at the age of 13 and becoming a force on the British R&B scene with the band Them, Van Morrison has established himself as one of the most game-changing artists of the 21st century.
Expect to hear some of his greatest hits, including the likes of ‘Gloria’, ‘Here Comes The Night’, and ‘Brown Eyed Girl’.

The Hollies
Legends of British rock, The Hollies, return to York on 23 Sep 2021 as part of their ‘The Road Is Long: An Evening with the Hollies’ Autumn UK tour.
Famous for their distinctive melodies and brilliantly crafted songs, the tour will see the group perform their biggest tracks, including ‘He Aint’ Heavy’ ‘Long Cool Women (In A Black Dress)’ and many more.
In 1995, The Hollies received the Ivor Novello award for outstanding contribution to British music and were inducted into the American Rock ‘n’ Roll hall of fame in 2010.

Chris De Burgh
Following a sold-out show in 2019, Chris De Burgh and his band return to our stage on 15 Oct 2021.
The show will see Chris De Burgh perform songs from his new album, ‘The Legend of Robin Hood’, along with his greatest hits. Since releasing ‘Spanish Train & Other Stories’ 45 years ago, Chris De Burgh has sold over 50 million albums and performed to sold-out venues across the world.

Dan Snow’s History Hit
The award-winning podcast and online TV channel History Hit heads to York Barbican on 20 Oct 2021 as part of their 2021 live tour.
Join one of the world’s most celebrated history broadcasters, Dan Snow, as he talks to historians about the biggest stories of the past, as well as diving into the history of the city of York.
VIP packages are also available for this show, giving you the chance to gain backstage access and meet Dan after the show.

Beth Hart
The Grammy-nominated Beth Hart and her band visit York on 31 Oct 2021 performing tracks from her latest albums, ‘War In My Mind’ and ‘Fire On The Floor’.
Fans can look forward to experiencing more of her breath-taking and emotionally charged live shows, with her latest albums showcasing her raw talent, channelling her bittersweet headspace and spinning gold from her demons.
