Join Our Team: Casual Event Staff (F&B/Stewarding)

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Casual Event Staff, to work across a host of music and comedy, sporting events and conferences.

Ideal applicants are those who will be available to work over the summer months and beyond, can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience, and have a friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.

This is a casual, event-based vacancy which will include working on evenings and weekends, and free in-house training will be provided.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To remain versatile between our primary hospitality and events areas
  • Signposting and generally assisting event attendees
  • Scanning and checking customer’s tickets
  • Setting up for events and conferences
  • Serving food, drink and merchandise to the general public during events
  • Dealing with payments & cash handling

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Availability and willingness to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The right to work in the UK
