A message from the overtones

It’s The Overtones here. We have some news that we need to share with you all. Unfortunately Timmy is unable to join us on tour this Christmas, he has had some news about his health and has written a note to you all below explaining the situation. Although this is devastating news for us all we’ll, of course,  still be putting on a cracker of a show for you each and everyone of you.

The below statement from Timmy is below:

 Hello boys and girls, can I borrow your ear for a moment please? 
 

I need to share some news with you about something that is going on in my life at the moment. I'm devastated to actually be writing this but unfortunately I won't be able to join the boys on the road for this Christmas tour.
 
In June this year I found a lump under my right arm and after a few months of scans and a biopsy, I was diagnosed with melanoma (skin cancer) on the 21st of September. In October I had an operation to remove some lymph nodes and had hoped that would be the only treatment required. But just recently more lumps around my collar bone and neck were discovered which will need further, ongoing treatment. As you can imagine it's been a big few months. It's been a tough and heartbreaking decision to make but I have to focus on getting better and taking care of my health. 
 
Everybody knows that touring together and putting on shows for you all is our favourite time as a band and every tour has been such an incredible experience for me. I have been involved creatively every step of the way and the boys have an amazing show put together!!!  You are all going to have a fabulous Christmas party with them every night of the tour and I will be thinking of you whilst I rest and get better. 
 
I'm a firm believer in positive thinking and prayer. Keep it coming please - I am feeling strong about this journey!

THE OVERTONES ANNOUNCE 2016 CHRISTMAS DATES
 

 The Overtones have firmly established themselves as the number 1 vocal harmony group.
